Progressive muscle relaxation is an exercise that relaxes your mind and body by tensing and relaxing muscle groups throughout your entire body. The benefits of progressive muscle relaxation include decreased muscle tension, reduced fatigue and anxiety, improved sleep and even reduced pain.
Begin by finding yourself a quiet place to relax and then let’s start.
